Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible to return your item for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

Order Changes & Cancellation
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly. As a result, we are unable to accommodate changes to most orders once they are placed.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately via our contact form.
Please include your name and order number.
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been marked as “shipped” or “fulfilled.”
Returns Eligibility
All returns must meet the following conditions:
- Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused and in original condition, with all original packaging included.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Even though our standard return window is 14 days, if you’re not satisfied within 30 days, email us, and we’ll make it right with a refund or exchange.
LuMochi is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a broken or defective item, a missing item, or the wrong product, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging, if applicable
Please retain all original packaging and damaged items until your claim is resolved.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order via our contact form.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Please allow up to two (2) weeks from the date we receive your return for processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, including expedited shipping charges.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds if we determine that the Return Policy is being abused.
